Deskripsyon

Within the last few weeks, a neighbor has installed two wire cages containing large parrots in his backyard. These birds are very loud with non-stop squawking several times per day that can be heard inside our house.

Is there a permit required and/or how do we report the noise nuisance?

The address is 718 El Cerrito which the backyard on Bowhill.

I was working on Reservoir Road at Bowhill yesterday and heard that, and we decided it was birds. I can see (hear) that it would be a nuisance to any nearby neighbor.

Hello to all, You should call the Hillsborough Police Department and see if there is any ordinance for that. The P.D. number is #375-7470. Public works can not do any thing for you about this problem.
