The crosswalk on Oak Road at Kingston is unsafe for pedestrians to attempt to cross as car will not stop even when you are half way across. Pls consider adding to embedded yellow flashing lights in the street to get people to slow down. This is a high access cross walk as near Walden Park. Just experienced a road rage incident where I was entering the second lane furthest away from curb man in car refused to halt swerved around me then pulled over for verbal abuse/rage about Ca law and pedestrians and I slowed his commute to work ! Note morning are the worst. Plant a plain clothes office in the morning and see how many stop for you- it won't be many! It's an accident waiting to happen. Also note at night this cross walk is not near overhead street light so a gamble trying to cross. Hope this is address as the yellow pedestrian sign added a few years back does nothing.
