That's the covered car which is in violation of a new ordinance. What happens now?

Being that the ordinance is new Code Enforcement has not been told when or how to proceed on this issue. This case shall remain open until the proper protocol is in place.

On 5/28/15, a notice was left with the tenant to correct.

as of 6-8 it is not corrected, neither is the horrible front yard.

As of 7-01the same car is still covered with the same non-fitted cover and has not moved in almost a month. THE FRONT YARD IS STILL A DISASTER ZONE.

AS OF 9-02-2015, THE SAME CAR IS STILL COVERED WITH THE SAME NON-COMPLIANT COVER AND THE FRONT YARD IS STILL A DISASTER ZONE. CLEARLY THESE CITIZENS MUST CONSIDER THEMSELVES ABOVE THE LAW AS THEY HAVE NOT CORRECTED EITHER VIOLATION IN OVER 3 MONTHS.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE CITY OF MISSOURI CITY TO DECIDE ON AND WRITE THE ENFORCABLE PROTOCOL TO HANDLE THESE ISSUES? THERE ARE MANY CASES OF THESE COVERED CARS THAT I SEE EVERY TIME I PARTICIPATE IN CRIME WATCH. WILL SOMEONE WITH AUTHORITY PLEASE REPLY?

THAT'S 2 'NO-SHOWS' TO MUNICIPAL COURT. HOW MANY FREE RIDES DO THESE FOLKS GET BEFORE WARRANTS ARE ISSUED AND ENFORCED? IT'S PAST TIME TO GET THIS ISSUE AND THE HORRIBLE FRONT YARD BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE. THEY ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW.

We share a fence with the people at 2222 N. Fountain Valley. We have seen snakes and rats coming into our yard from their yard. Our dog was deathly ill this summer with leptospirosis, a disease caused from rat urine. Her treatment cost us $1000.00. Also, their black cat came into my yard last year and died on my patio. Poor sweet thing was so ill and obviously wasn't taken care of. They have a dog now, who obviously doesn't even have a yard to use. I know there have been many, many complaints and after speaking with the HOA, it's simply out of their hands at this point. It's time for Missouri City to take charge. I would like the city to clean up both the back and front yards and charge the homeowners. Go to the 12th hole of the La Quinta course and you will see this yard first hand. It's disgusting, dangerous, and needs to be addressed!! I'd like to hear back from someone regarding this issue.
