It looks to me that this area is a good candidate for Cleaner Greener Quincy Day, a city-wide volunteer clean up event, which will be held on Saturday, May 5th between 9 a.m. and noontime. The event is a collaboration between residents and the City's Park Department and DPW and it is designed to address seasonal cleanup issues in neighborhoods across the City.
