A black lexus with a for sale sign across from West Shore Fire Dept town beach parking lot has been sitting there for over a month,tire flat, taking up a public parking space,a blight issue please have towed. As a taxpayer a seller of vehicles should not be allowed to leave it in a public parking lot.
