Several in area have been reported for years in fact many calls and see click fixes have been logged. This area was poorly built needs reconsruction and planning to what residents want. These ave occurred from settling. Street and surrounding streets are built on blast fill and poor drainage. Area needs a comprehensive plan regrading new sidewalks with concrete grass strips and granite would serve areas needs. The area needs bolders and sharp fill removed to 18 inches so heaves dont create more problems.

area around storm drain sinking and side walk caving in street heaves in front of house severly. past water breaks and gas leaks near by need more than a paving job I believe
