Melinda, I agree the environment should not suffer because of the city's waste policies. My point is the policies need to change and until then, i will not participate but do understand "I'm paying for trash pickup twice". they pick up and charge me for trash removal and now for the same thing they want me to recycle that I normally put in regular trash pickup. Double dipping.
