Description

Michael Smith of 74 Rood Avenue stopped by the Town Manager's office on May 29, 2015. Mr. Smith said there is no Mile Per Hour sign on Rood Avenue. He also said that there is constant littering by drivers. He questioned why there was not a "No Littering" sign on the road. Mr. Smith's cell phone number is 860-285-8342.
