Description
this property is vacant. a few weeks ago, the front window (street window) was wide open. we called the number posted on the front door and they said that they'd sold the property and were not responsible.. so, i closed the window. however, the other day, my cat got out and i had to jump over the back patio to retrieve him only to find that the back door and street level windows were wide open. i haven't noticed any activity in the house. but it is creepy that it is vacant and wide open... who can fix this?

This house was just recently purchased at Sheriff's Sale. Not sure that I would say it's a squatter house just yet. The new owner's name is ARTAK MNATSAKANYAN
