disgusting he gets to trash our neighbor hood. Folks in 4 Motorhomes used to move their vehicles every couple of days. Now they have been there at least 3 weeks or more with out moving :) Smell of urine as you walk on side walks
These people leave trash everywhere and it blows across the street when the wind blows. I do not understand why they are allowed to live there. They make rude comments when my wife walks the dogs by them and now she doesn't even want to walk the dogs due to feeling unsafe.
They live there because they have a lawsuit against the city and the city is afraid to take care of this problem. Homeless are everywhere in this city and only getting worse. If they were in the Mayor's neighborhood, they would be gone the same day.
the man you are talking about has been very beligerent to my wife and i also. he was living across the street in the library parking lot. the city really needs to clean this up and come up with a plan to deal with the homeless. they are everywhere on the west side.
Issue is not resolved Between the homeless man in his vehicle and the 7 or 8 motorhomes they have taken over our nice sidewalk. Not a nice area to walk anymore.
Okay last night at 9:00 pm, count 10 motor homes on 4th avenue between Anita and Orange. If the city isn't going to make them move, may be they should charge them rent! After all we live in mobile homes and pay lot rent. Or issue permits with hefty fees attached. Since visiting the city council, trash created by MR William's is gone, however now we have 5 more motor homes on our street. Don't see what we achieved!
Come join other residents, we are bringing up these issues and many others to the city so they can do something about what's going on in the southwest CV area.
When: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26th at 6PM
Where: ACCE Office on 384 H st. suite 102, Chula Vista Ca 91910
Still open. Still Motor home on 4h avenue. Day after last council meeting we had 11 motor homes!
Really come on city, do something. pretty soon there will be no open spaces between Orange and Anita. Every time we complain we get another resident on 4th>>>>>
Don't u get it? the city isn't going to do anything. all they care about is getting into office on false promises and getting paid. they DID vote in their pay raises and still haven't settled on a contract with their employees that is way overdue. they pad their pockets and won't start caring again until election time.
Motor homes still living on 4th avenue between Anita and Orange. A petition didn't help, City Council Visit was useless. News reporters in affective. Maybe its time to recall our City Council Reps?
Well the last two week 12 to 13 motor homes and 2 school buses. This is a lack of laws not being enforced by the city. May city thinks permenant mobile home are SME class as motor homes on our street. Can even begin go express my major disappointment in our current elected officials
There is a new law going into effect that requires a permit to park on the street in the city of Chula Vista. They are supposed to be setting up a website to make pulling a permit efficient. I heard $1.25 per day and you can only park near your home address. This should discourage them from parking there...I hope. A pain in the butt for us homeowners to park our boat/rv's on the street...but worth it to get rid of these squatters.
