Every single day. Why hasn't something been done??????

99% of the time there are multiple vehicles illegally parked in the 'no parking' corner of the street. This has been going on for years and it seems no number of complaints has rectified this. Since the vehicles are always tied to 39 Charter Oak Pl and they are complicit in this happening, perhaps fining 39 or requiring them to hire someone to patrol the front is necessary.Meanwhile, why aren't these cars ticketed?

I have informed the Community Service Officer (HPD) that is assigned to this neighborhood for enforcement.
