or they turn right on Chichester ave then left on McCay ave do illegal u turn in the middle of the street or drive down to Thrid and Mccay and blow the stop sign. I've told the police they can sit in my driveway to watch the stop sign, and they will write about 100 tickets a day. They have never done this so everybody keeps blowing the stop sign
