Description

Turning right onto Enclave from 309 there is a pot hole large enough to turn into a koy pond. Not sure if the responsibility is David Cutler, the builder of the homes off of Enclave and 309 or if the Township or County should repair it. Either way, it needs to be patched. While they're at it they should repair all of Enclave. There are a ton of pot holes. It's like a slalom weaving back and forth to avoid them!
