Deskripsyon

I've been by this home several times in the last week because I have been checking on the status of a resident in one of the neighboring homes. Each time, I have seen what I believe are rats on the porch of this home, roaming freely. Some are down on the yard level, and some are up on the porch level. There seem to be a number of cats roaming around as well, but they seem to be concentrated on the neighboring house (next door, to the west. There is no house number on it..)
