This is the backyard of the property, the leaking has also gone into our backyard as well, we live next door

Please send someone out ASAP! How long will it take to assign this to a Code Enforcement officer? If the home is not occupied, call Cal Water so they can shut off the service.

Picture shown is for incorrect address, however, further investigation was able to determine correct address of said complaint. Issue has been resolved.
