Sharraxaadda

There are at least two cars parked on Woodruff that haven't moved in months. During the summer, there were always six or seven cars there, all with Ohio license plates, and people would continually leave one and drive off in another. We're not sure what was going on, but there was suspicion that it was a car rental agency using the street to conduct business. Now, they seem to have abandoned at least two of them - although these now have PA plates on them.
