Q. How deep is the pothole?
A. Less than 6” deep
Q. Please provide the nearest roadway intersection and street address to the pothole.

A. Not exactly a pothole: the street pavement is broken away on the border of the driveway. The water seeping in is damaging the driveway, potentially causing the driveway to fail. Can this be repaired?
