Dick--thanks for staying on top of this issue. Who in San Rafael is responsible for graffiti? Right now the Community Task Force and Public Works are following this issue. Should we add another watcher?

My first contact would be with the SR City Mgr. Ken Nordhoff. 2nd choice would be to contact Lt. Dan Fink of the SR Police Dept. There is an officer within their Dept. that is assigned to contact the owners of private property graffiti. I do not recall his name, but Lt. Fink would know. Let either of these two gentlemen guide you as to whether any names should be added to the watcher list.
