The traffic light timing was previously adjusted to give preference for northbound Q. Ave. traffic, while Ferry St. bridge was closed. Now that Ferry St. bridge is open, Southbound traffic should NO LONGER have a delayed green to let the northbound traffic turn left. The traffic is very unbalanced now that Ferry St. bridge is open, and traffic backs up southbound.
