Piles of garbage & trash put out by several houses Wed. to Mon. Old elec pole left by PECO after installing new pole over a year ago.Trash is ongoing. leftover food put out for stray animals by tenant at 3122 N. Croskey St. Trash situation is causing rats.

Trash is still a serious issue. Please send report to Curtis Jones, health dept, 39th police dist, sanitation and other necessary agencies.
