Description

The right lane of Harold Street between Fruitvale and Coolidge is atrocious!!! The potholes are numerous and unavoidable. The left lane was paved a short while ago. Why wasn't the right lane paved at the same time? It is now in worse condition than the right lane was before it was paved. Oakland should be ashamed of allowing a road in this condition to exist.
