THERE WERE NO PARKING ENFORCEMENT VIOLATIONS LISTED ON THIS CSR

When I drove through there at 2:30pm, the sidewalk was closed to pedestrians and construction vehicles were double parked in the bike lane. Pedestrians were in the roadway, there was no rerouting of the bike lane, and vehicle traffic was forced into the northbound lane to go south. There was no traffic control on site. It was complete chaos.
