Please be aware that situations of this nature will need a synchronous report submitted to Police at the time of the occurrence. As the vehicles park and are blocking pedestrian access, a report should be submitted to Police at that moment by dialing Police Communication at 646-5100. A report can be taken at the moment and a unit dispatched as warranted necessary. A ticket has been submitted for monitoring of this sidewalk area by Police (Request #20020829758) - rtt
