Description

The sidewalk/driveway of the “3rd and 4th Ave Alley” on the 38th Street side needs repair. The driveway/sidewalk has potholes and it is uneven. The rain has washed away some of the concrete/ blacktop and has exposed rock and pebbles. The uneven surface is a hazard to people on wheel chairs, children, cyclists and pedestrians. Resurfacing/re paving the sidewalk/driveway would be a possible solution. Please address this safety issue.
