Vehicles routinely appear to be riding rails around the corner from French St and racing uphill on Roosevelt Ave, some barely slowing after coming around the corner.
Acceleration of the vehicles can bring vehicles flying past at 40 MPH or better, even during daylight hours when children are visible in the yards of numerous homes, children walking home from school and teens riding bikes downhill in the street.
Weekend nights are a free for all for motorcycles.
