Description

The sidewalk in front of my residence has two trip points. One is about 2 inches in height and the other is close to 4 inches in height.

This is still a very big issue. Someone fell in front of my house last week. Its happen a few times. My neighbors are very active and walk with their dogs and kids.

Thank you, like I said, I have had numerous people fall in front of my house due to the issue. We are a walking community over here.

Based on our inspection of the condition of the sidewalk, this site has been elevated to our claims list. Our contractors are currently on other job sites. We are scheduling the site as our on call contractors become available and we work through the claims list. Please be aware we schedule our claims list on a triage basis and handle the worst first.

We want to further acknowledge your claim. We have our contactors working on other sites but temperatures will quickly not allow for additional sidewalks to be repaired this year. As our budget allocation allow, we hope to continue repair work in the spring, typically after April 1st when the construction season begins again. Thank you for reporting this issue.
