Description

As of today (6/21), pond on top of LarkInn (199 Lark St) is still stagnating, with appliances half-submerged. Dangerous and could collapse roof of 2nd floor, potentially leaking to neighboring buildings. Needs to be repaired permanently, not just swept off once a year.
