Yes, the glass is terrible. I just spoke with Sanitation. They are planning to send sweepers today. Glass is still there now, though... and their see click fix contact person is NOT working today. If you want to get this taken care of I suggest you call directly, because from what they told me no one is reading this conversation today. Call before 4, which is when they close.

I have to admit it appears almost willfully done. Many streets are littered with glass over a wide pattern. This is more then a simple glass jar that fell off the truck.

Looks like it is widespread throughout this area of Westville - also Roger, Cleveland, Oliver Rds.

Alden Ave near Woodbridge Ave has the same problem of broken glass in the street in several places.

This is also a big problem on McKinley and Chapel today. Its happened before and we were told there was a broken seal on the truck that led to crushed glass being dropped along the route. So dangerous

Who cares. All you Westville yuppies expect to be treated like Princes and Princesses. This is everyday stuff in the hood

How is it that a disgruntled person who apparently thinks that blight is OK can close the issue? Is this really the right way to crowdsource solutions?

I have not been out and about yet today. Does anyone know if the issue was handled? And why was one guest able to close it?

A sweeper came by McKinley this morning. Would presume it covered the rest of the area and that's why the issue was closed.

It would be a mistake to presume that streets other than Alden and McKinley were swept.
