Descripción

House has been abandoned for over 3 years. House siding is melted and falling off. Vines growing up the walls and into the house. Bushes out front are way beyond the 3 ft high, 3 ft from the road ordinance, making it nearly impossible to see when leaving driveway. Its an accident waiting to happen! These issues need to be addressed ASAP!

Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on June 23rd. The owner has seven days to comply and at the end of the seven days Code with reinspect the property. If it is not complied with the City will turn it over to their contractor and they will clean up the site and the City will bill the property owner.
This property still has a owner and is behind in taxes.

Issue has still not been resolved and it is now July 23rd! Also the grass is now at least 6" high or more. Please handle this issue.

Code Compliance sent letters to the property owner on August 3rd and this matter was complied with on August 12th.

Today is August 24th, and No it hasn't been complied with! The grass was cut and that's all! The bushes are still there and the house is still an eyesore!!!!!

Being a landbank redeveloped home owner I hate to see them knocked down.
I have a feeling that 3/31/16 cannot come fast enough for the neighbors.

I understand it is going to be foreclosed on, however, if the city can remove snow from sidewalks, rubbish from yards and have yards moved and billed to owners why in the world can the city not remove or cut down the lousy bushes!!!!!
