Description
The repair work done on the big pipe outside the entrance to Skyline high school under the south or east bound lanes is sinking again and threatening to cause damage to tire rims It is literally worse every day and in all lanes going in that direction

This is NOT resolved.
I just drove over it. This is a very poor backfill job, probably caused by the excessive mositure when it was filled. It was a problem caused first by the telco and then PW took a run at it, including a full replacement.
But in spite of PW having a massivly featherbeded crew and working at it for at least a week, no one seems to have had the talent or diligence to do a proper job. It is a cut across the entire traveled way and has a depth that may reach 3". The latest attempt to deal with it is a porly laid skin patch that overlapped the sawcut. This has now settled away creating two sharp edges across the traveled way.
Whoever is responsible for responding on this service is either dishonest or lied to.
