Description

EVERY TIME IT RAINS IT GETS CLOGGED FROM EVERYONES GARBAGE AND LEAVES ALL UP AND DOWN THE STREET AND I THE HOMEOWNER HAVE TO COME OUT AND CLEAN THE DRAIN. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS NOW. WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS A WAY TO MAKE ANOTHER DRAIN SOMEWHERE OR ANYTHING THAT HELPS
