There might even be two, very hard to spot as the dead needles are gone and there are a lot of Bay trees in front of them. They are probably not a threat as they are well off the road. They are in the uphill forest between 660 and 710 Bowhill, likely on the property of 660 Bowhill. You can see the top of one coming down Bowhill up hill from 770. I think you can see a leaning one while parked near the stop sign on Uplands facing El Cerrito or while driving away from it headed towards Bowhill.

This matter is not next to the road way or in the right away that could endanger pedestrian's or traffic. It's between the owner's of the tree and the surrounding neighbor's. Thank You for your concern's.
