Someone has been leaving small trash bags and random items (an open can of cat food; soda bottles, etc.) in a walkway between 1212 Latona St. and the apartment building next door. Today, a cart filled with garbage was left behind the gate attached to 1212 Latona (see attached). As the owner of 1212, I'd like to have this area monitored. And would like to seek out a solution to prevent this from happening in the future. Thanks!!
