Description
For workers in the 1821 E Dyer building, it is difficult to get out of the parking lot during rush hour. Many drivers stop in the intersection that is marked "keep clear." In their defense, the paint is nearly gone, but even worse is that the intersection is just past a railroad crossing gate. So, many drivers get to the tracks, THEN see the sign in the road and do not wish to stop on the tracks.
What needs to be done is two-fold:
1. Refresh the "keep clear" paint in the intersection
2. Add a sign just east of the train tracks indicating "keep intersection clear."
Without step 2, there is no warning until drivers are sitting right on top of the intersection.
