The problem stil remains, so how is the issue closed?

The tracking number states the the case is closed as of April 11 2012 @ 9:12am. Did anyone even look into this issue? I find it hard to believe anyone did since the issue was raised on April 10 2012 @ 9:36pm and closed less than 12 hours later. I ran the track today and the garbage as well as hazardous material was still there. Guess used condom, knifes, broken glass and fecal matter are all part of the ambiance of a Boston managed park.

tracking number states that park is DCR domain. Why then is the park managed by Boston parks & rec? Park is listed on the cities web site as a Boston park. all the signs say Boston parks & rec. Way to pass the buck
