Salmon street borders an embankment that leads up to I-95. The fence separating Salmon St and the grassy embankment is broken or missing in several places. There is also a lot of illegal dumping going on along the street.

Juliana: 311 rejected both the tickets... they say PennDOT has to mess with this, and then they want a precise parcel address for the dumping and that's hard to do on an inline leading up to a freeway overpass. I gave up on it.
I didn't raise this to PennDOT but I can try again with it.
