The properties at 5303 and 5307 Clover Ln on both sides of me are vacant and the grass is in need of cutting. The property at 5303 has sat empty 4+ years. There are no curtains or blinds on the windows so I looked into the kitchen recently as a fence installer told me he had done so and it looked bad. There was trash all over the floor/counter tops. The owner pays the taxes on this property but I don't know why he doesn't sell if he's not going to live there. I report his yard every spring/summer.
