PLEASE and thank you for handling this. These people are pigs, they dump their diabetic supplies, i.e. needles and other things w/bodily fluids in the alley garbage can - they do not use can liners and the needles etc. fall on the ground next to the can - it is horrible to live anywhere near them. Thank you for everything you can do - another example: they used their new recycle container for trash, now it's been at their curb for 3 weeks, too heavy to move back and filled with garbage.
