AGREED this property is a disaster! Mail box hanging half off the house, door busted up, sheets hanging in windows, trash all over constantly and the kids drop trash as they go all over including others yards, there are constantly new animals in and out of this property and the smell that comes from inside is from another planet. As well as the broken down van that hasn't moved in over a year. PLEASE DO WHATEVER IS WITH IN YOUR POWER! The entire block is tired of this house!

I personally served the occupant of the dwelling an abate notice on 6/29/15. The time for compliance is 7:00 A.M. on Monday July 6, 2015. I still see the garbage bag under the front side window along the driveway. I still see scattered garbage in the front yard and driveway. I still see many busted up toys and strollers by the front steps that are broken up and unusable. One of the garbage cans was put out for the city, but the city never took the trash from it. The other garbage can is still on the back porch with a lid on it that is hiding all the garbage in it. The city needs to clean this property up and take care of the mowing complaints that are part of this orginial complaint.

A weed notice was sent on July 1, if the yard is not mowed by today our contractor will mow it. Volunteer trees are not considered a nuisance under the city ordinance. The van is properly licensed through September and does not fit the inoperable vehicle standard. The garbage container with lid by the house is not a nuisance issue. The garbage container by the alley is tagged, we will contact Sanitation to see why it was not picked up. Children's toys are not considered nuisance items.

There is also trash in the grill and scattered garbage on the back porch.
