Why would anyone do that?
According to this website's description: "SeeClickFix is a communications platform for citizens to report non-emergency issues, and governments to track, manage, and reply--ultimately making communities better through transparency, collaboration, and cooperation."
A non-emergency issue was reported, representatives from the city see the report and then take the necessary procedures to deal with the issue. Done.
Unless, of course, there is someone out there with too much time on their hands who feels the need to suggest how to make this process much less efficient.

Carol Wood monitors it and is one of the few that does. The problem still is not the site or who doesn't monitor it, the problem is ultimately with the enforcement of the code. If code compliance doesn't do their part, they get a bad reputation. I have been on the other side, I have had false or exaggerated complaints issued against myself or people I know, while choosing to outright ignore other violations. They are good at what they DO, just not good at what they are supposed to DO.
