Update from the Codes Compliance Department: we will need to coordinate with the SPPD Marine Unity so that they can take our investigators on a boat to view the violations visible from the water. As soon as our staff can view those issues themselves, we will be able to open a case and pursue the normal enforcement steps. Thank you.

Apparently the house is now abandoned and the taxes are not paid for 2014.
