If you could report this to American Electric Power at 1-800-672-2231. I have tried to call in but they must have the exact address. Also, if City calls in they need acctn numbers, etc before they will enter. If a resident calls, you just give them address, or pole # if you have and they take your request. Much more simpler if homeowner calls.
