Have you called the police every year while this is happening?

I reviewed the police log for July 3 through July 4th and there were no complaints of fireworks on Simpson Dr. called in to the station.

i personally called in to the police at around 9:34pm and was told by them that several calls are in for that address and that its in the que. They will get to it and then they hung up on me. So I DID CALL the FPD just did nothing as usual. I called three times last year yet nothing was done then. As several neighbors did as well. Last year I was accosted by this family and all my neighbors because an irate neighbor sent them a letter about how upset they were about the fireworks. Yet this year they made them bigger louder and longer just to tick everyone off. They do this every year and FPD does nothing. What legally can be done against this family?

Why is it seem you are the only person making a big deal out of this. No other people in the neighborhood is complaining about this issue. I think you should talk to the home owner and you probably would get it resolved. Just a thought.
