It looks like they did some plumbing work in the road and the blacktop they used to fill it in is sinking deeper everyday. My whole building shakes when trucks run over this thing which is just down the road toward State St. from the large brick apt building near 100 Bishop St.

Has the city granted building permit yet.
They should not until this road patch has been fixed.
It would be nice if a city inspector came out and looked at this.
