Description

Direction of travel, southbound. The duration of the green light has been shortened considerably. It's green for approx. 3 seconds before it turns red. Not sure if it's a glitch or if it was intentionally set.

The traffic signal at Orchard and Waverly is video detected. Depending on the time of day, it could be possible for only one or two cars to go through.
What time of day were you going through the intersection?

Between 3:30pm and 4. I had to wait on two cycles last week to make my way through the intersection. There was a good 4-5 cars and a large truck in front of me. Today I traveled through the intersection at 1:30 but did not experience the issue.
