Description

The drainage canals on sprague street are ridiculously overgrown causing drainage issues. Why is the city of edinburg practicing a double standard. All other canals in the city are nice and clean free of trees/palms growing in the drainage canal. This problem was repeatedly discussed and very well documented by my neighbors and i. We have yet to see any resolution to this issue.
