Description

The entire length of E. 30th from 57 to Charleston is filled with craters and is unpassable. The cross streets leading to E. 30th are likewise as bad. Palm Ave. from E. 29 to E. 31st is a disgrace. Lorain has become a real pit to live in! City officials should be ashamed of their inability to keep this city functional. If you can't handle the job - get out!
