I notified the Upper State Street Clean Team and they removed them from the overpass this morning.
I will close the issue when the rest are removed from 1 Trumbull.

I noticed that the overpass had already been fixed by the time I got back from work yesterday (less than 8 hours after I flagged it here). Thanks!!

Our Clean Team will have to get a site access agreement from the property owner to remove the graffiti on 1 Trumbull Street as the new owners are not yet members of the Upper State Street Association.
