Looks like the owner, Charlotte Ditty, is dead. I don't know who is living in it but the Orphan's Court activity on her estate didn't go anywhere:

I opened 2 tickets to 3-1-1 for the collapsing sidewalk and the short dumping. Then I sent this property to the Public Nuisance Task Force.

Also alerted ORCA (the Civic Assocation), River Wards Crime Watch, the 26th District and sending follow-up notice to Councilman Mark Squilla.

There is now a full size couch in their yard being rained on. Mold on the couch will surly follow. Praying the throw it away on Thursday.

The side walk has dropped in by at least an inch with in the week. I predict by the end of the summer it becomes a sinkhole.

Thank you for working so hard to resolve this issue. I live around the corner from this house and it's a nightmare. The SWAT team was there three times in one year, yet somehow these people can still be there.

The mattress is back. And it's been out all week. I thought for sure they'd drag it out for trash day.

The mattress is STILL there and has been rained on several times. I'm not sure if that's an actual 311 problem...but it's completely gross. They yard is also a mess. The pile of dirt and trash with a tarp on it hasn't moved in months, it's just collecting more trash.

Sidewalk: Still sinking. Visibly worse.

On the bright side: I haven't seen activity in house for a few weeks. Maybe they've all scattered to drug houses not on my block?! In which case who do we call to get it boarded up!?

This is right around the corner from me and from another neighbor, I heard that the white guy with the salt 'n pepper colored hair was taken away in an ambulance a few days ago and died.
