This property was reported to Codes and Building Safety on March 29, 2012. The inspeciton was made on April 10, 2012 and the grass was not over 12" high. We inspected again on April 17, 2012 and the grass still was not over 12" to issue notice to. The grass MUST be 12" or higher per the Code of Laws before we can issue notice.

We are keeping this case file open in case the grass does exceed 12" at which time we will issuie notice. The Codes RFS Number is 12-1072654.

In the future, please use the official Codes and Building Safety website to report a code violation and to gain a status on a request as Click Fix is NOT the official site to submit and review such requests to the Department of Codes & Building Safety.
